Where is my report?

Enter the reference and the last 4 digits of your mobile. Five stages, and you are told at each move.

      What Gurugram is talking about

Civic problems residents raised this week on public forums, in local news and in reports to the Forum, sorted by issue, and what the Forum plans to do about them.

      What's new from the authorities

Notices and news from the official bodies this site links to, collected every day. Each item opens the official page.

      Reports are private

What residents report stays with the Forum team that works on it. Nothing about a single report is published: no reference number, place, date or description. What is public is the count of reports in each ward, by issue type and by stage.

      Privacy notice

What we collect. When you report an issue we store the issue, the place, your description, your name and mobile number and, if you give them, your email and the documents you attach. The Forum uses them to map the report, file it with the responsible desk on your behalf when you ask, and tell you what happened.

What is public. No report is ever published on its own. The dashboard and the ward table show counts only: how many reports there are by issue type, ward and stage. Your name, mobile number, email, description and documents are never shown publicly and are sent to no one except the official desk the report is filed with.

Who sees your details. Only the Forum's signed-in volunteers for your ward and its coordinators, each of whom agrees in writing to use them for the report alone.

Messages. We message you only about your report, on the channel you used.

Retention. Reports are deleted 24 months after they close, with their attachments. To limit abuse we keep a salted hash of your connection address for one hour, never the address itself.

Your choices. Write to contact@gurugramvisionforum.org to see, correct or delete what we hold, quoting your reference number.

      Accessibility statement

This site aims to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA: keyboard access, visible focus, 44px tap targets, text at 16px or larger, colour never used alone, and reduced motion respected.

Known gaps: the ward map lookup depends on an external site, and the maps need an internet connection.
